Consent to Personal Data Processing

In accordance with the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, having read the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Processing Rules of RandomSet.RU, I, the data subject, hereinafter referred to as the “User”, freely, of my own free will and in my own interest, hereby give specific, substantive, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of personal data on the following conditions.

1. Personal Data Operator

1.1. This Consent is given to Pavel Andreevich Kiselev (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), an individual applying the special tax regime “Professional Income Tax” (self-employed), address: 117403, Russian Federation, Moscow, Biryulyovo Zapadnoye Municipal District, 3 Kharkovskaya St., Bldg. 8, Apt. 108, email: info@1294studio.ru.

2. List of data

2.1. This Consent applies exclusively to the following data:

unique installation identifier of the Application (UUID) - a randomly generated code that distinguishes one installation of the Application from another and does not contain the name, phone number or email address of the User;
information about the type of advertising chosen by the User: personalized or non-personalized;
information about acceptance of the User Agreement, Privacy Policy and this Consent;
revision number of legal documents accepted by the User;
date and time of receipt of the specified information by the server.

2.2. This Consent does not apply to the device’s network address (IP address), device information, operating system or browser information, technical errors or security events. The processing of such data in order to ensure the operation and security of the Application, website and server system is carried out on other legal grounds determined by the Personal Data Processing Rules.

2.3. The choice of advertising type specified in clause 2.1 is used to record the User’s settings. This Consent does not apply to the device's advertising identifier or other data used to personalize advertising. Processing those data for personalization requires separate Consent.

2.4. The results of the random selection are not sent to the Operator's server, are not included in this Consent, and are not used by the Operator for advertising, analytics or profiling.

2.5. The Application does not request access to the exact or approximate geolocation of the device. Device coordinates are not included in the data listed in this Consent.

3. Purposes of processing

confirmation of acceptance of the User Agreement and legal documents;
recording the granting, amendment or withdrawal of Consents and the selected type of advertising;
protection of the rights of the Operator and the User and compliance with legal requirements.

4. Actions and processing methods

4.1. Processing is automated: the Application transmits information via the Internet to the Consent Recording API, after which it is recorded in the RandomSet.RU database. The The The The Consent Recording API (application programming interface for recording consents) is part of the server system that receives this information from the Application.

4.2. Processing may include collection, receipt, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction.

4.3. Data are not disclosed to the general public.

5. Recipients

5.1. The data may be processed by organizations that provide hosting and operation of the RandomSet.RU server, database, network connection and security tools. They have access only to the information necessary to provide the relevant technical services.

5.2. Data may be provided to authorized bodies only in cases and in the manner prescribed by law.

5.3. The unique installation identifier and information about the acceptance of legal documents are not transmitted to Yandex Mobile Ads SDK, YANDEX LLC and advertising infrastructure participants through the advertising SDK for advertising personalization.

6. Providing Consent

6.1. Consent is given through a separate affirmative action in the Application interface after the opportunity to read its full text.

6.2. Consent is given by a User aged 18 or older.

6.3. The User confirms that they have the required legal capacity; in cases provided for by law, consent for a minor is provided by a legal representative.

6.4. Without processing the unique installation identifier and information about the acceptance of documents, it is impossible to confirm the conclusion of the User Agreement and provide the Application in the manner prescribed by it.

7. Validity and storage period

7.1. Consent is valid from the moment it is provided until its withdrawal or termination of processing for any other reason.

7.2. Information about the acceptance of documents and changes in advertising settings may be stored for up to three years after the most recent record of the corresponding setting, and in the event of a dispute or binding legal requirement - until the completion of the relevant procedure.

8. Withdrawal of Consent

8.1. The User can revoke Consent directly in the Application by selecting: “Settings” → “About” → “Withdraw consent”. After confirmation of the withdrawal, the Application transmits the relevant information to the Operator.

8.2. Withdrawal applies to processing performed after the withdrawal has been received and verified. If the current terms of use cannot be confirmed without processing, the User may be required to cease use and delete the Application.

8.3. The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the previously carried out processing and does not terminate the storage required on any other legal basis.

9. Confirmation of Consent

9.1. Confirmation is a server record containing a unique installation identifier, the selected type of advertising, information about acceptance of the User Agreement, Privacy Policy and this Consent, the number of the accepted document revision, as well as the date and time the server received this information.

9.2. The specified information is used to record Consent and confirm compliance with legal requirements, and not to identify the User.

10. Final provisions

10.1. Before providing Consent, the User is provided with the opportunity to review the Privacy Policy, Personal Data Processing Rules, purpose, list of data, recipients, processing period and procedure for withdrawing Consent.

10.2. General requests regarding the processing of personal data can be sent to info@1294studio.ru or to the Operator's postal address. Since the Application does not provide for registration and the Operator does not establish the identity of the User, an electronic request in itself is not used as a way to associate technical records with a specific person.
